About you

Our mission

We help Chinese companies to expand

We make sure your brand is found, understood and chosen.

Technical sales

The market window

Now is the moment for Chinese brands in Europe

The product question has been answered — the brand question has not.

Ten years ago

  • Perceived as the low-price alternative
  • Judged by origin, not by the machine
  • Sold through importers, without a name
  • Brand building meant fighting a headwind

Today

  • Chinese manufacturers set the pace in several equipment categories
  • Quality argued on specification, not on price
  • European buyers looking for alternatives to the established names
  • The brand positions in this market are still open

The window is open now. Ten years ago a Chinese brand would have been sold on price. Today it can be sold on merit — and in another ten years the European positions will be taken.

Who we are

One operating company, more than ten brands, one commercial engine

IntroVisio is the operating company behind all our market activities. Every brand we run is built, operated and monetised by the same team.

Construction industry

Renovation, demolition, energy technology — the closest fit for industrial equipment

Media

Reach, search authority, third-party visibility

Tech

Digital products with an explanation-heavy sale

Leisure

Consumer brands in training and lifestyle

Example: allesrenoviert.de brings renovation projects to the specialist companies that execute them.

Positioning

Positioning first, then visibility

The technical work is the easy part — the decisions in front of it are not.

Decide the position

  • Which applications to sell into first — and which to leave alone
  • Which established suppliers the product is measured against
  • At which price level it is credible, and with which argument
  • What has to be proven before a buyer here takes the risk

Build the visibility

  • Search engines: found at the moment the requirement takes shape
  • AI answer engines: a model with no information about a supplier will not name it
  • Content built around applications, not product catalogues
  • On your website, on our own brands, or both

The expensive mistake: visibility built on the wrong positioning produces inquiries that never convert — and the cost only shows months later. That is a market decision, not a marketing setting.

Operating model

Three stages — we go as deep as the product requires

Position & build visibility

  • Positioning for this market
  • Relevance in search and AI answers
  • Inquiry capture with technical qualification

Qualify and forward demand

  • Application, volume and timing clarified
  • Handover in an agreed format
  • For simpler products our role ends here

Support the deal directly

  • Activated when the product needs explaining
  • Specification dialogue and demonstration
  • Joint meetings with your engineering

What we do not do: cold calling through purchased lists. Our work starts with being found by a buyer who already has a problem. Stage 3 is switched on only where technical explanation decides the deal.

Technical sales

Not a call team — a partner who can explain and demonstrate the product

A typical sales agency

  • Works a purchased list by phone
  • Follows a script and a price sheet
  • Passes every technical question back to you
  • Loses the deal at the first question about application limits

IntroVisio

  • Creates the visibility that produces the inquiry
  • Learns the product until it can be explained without support
  • Discusses application, sizing, interfaces and limits
  • Escalates to your engineering deliberately, not by default

Best fit: complex, explanation-intensive products where specification decides the purchase — capital equipment, components, plant. The more explanation a product needs, the more this model is worth.

Customer stories

Two examples, both anonymised at the client's request

Building a European business

A Chinese manufacturer of baby safety products

  • Business plan written specifically for Europe, not adapted from the home market
  • Customer feedback fed back into the product until it matched local expectations
  • Digital sales channels built and operated by us
  • Six-figure revenue generated through those channels
Visibility without advertising

A manufacturer in a strictly regulated category

  • Regulation ruled out paid advertising entirely
  • Positioned around the questions buyers actually search for
  • Content restructured so it can be found, understood and cited
  • Inquiries arriving without any advertising spend

The pattern: in both cases the product was made findable and understandable before anyone was asked to buy — and the sale followed from that, not from advertising spend.

How a partnership is built

Four phases — entry is possible at any of them

Phase 1

Validation

  • Visibility and demand benchmark
  • Segment prioritisation
  • German technical material
Phase 2

Visibility & demand

  • Content and campaigns live
  • First qualified inquiries
  • Measured demand data
Phase 3

Deal support

  • Complex customer discussions
  • Demonstration and specification
  • First reference project
Phase 4

Representation

  • Territory and volume targets
  • Spare parts and response times
  • Long-term agreement

Where you enter is your decision. No visibility in Germany yet? Start at Phase 1. Already receiving inquiries but losing them in the technical discussion? Start at Phase 3. Each phase ends with a joint go / no-go.

What the price buys

The comparison is not with an agency

What you are paying for

  • Senior involvement throughout — no handover to juniors
  • Category exclusivity: never a competing product in the same territory
  • We carry the technical conversation, so your engineers are not pulled into every deal
  • Targets and reporting you can hold us to

The alternative, costed

  • A senior German sales manager: €9,000–12,000 per month, before travel and marketing
  • A digital agency: €4,000–8,000 per month, with no ability to sell
  • A distributor: 25–40 % margin, and the customer belongs to them
  • One trade fair: €40,000–80,000 for contacts still to be worked

The comparison that matters: we replace three functions with one accountable partner — and unlike a distributor, the customer relationship, the data and the brand stay with you. Indicative German market figures.
