Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and any request you send us through it. Services under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement; these Terms apply in addition where the agreement is silent.
1. Scope
Our services are directed at businesses only. We do not contract with consumers. By sending a request you confirm that you act on behalf of a company and are authorised to do so.
2. Website content
The content of this website is provided for general information. Case descriptions and market statements are illustrative and are not a guarantee of comparable results. We may change or remove content at any time.
3. Requests and no obligation to contract
Sending a request through the form is not an offer and does not create a contract. We decide at our discretion whether to enter into an introduction meeting or a co-operation, and we limit the number of manufacturers we work with.
4. Services and scope of work
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of any co-operation are agreed individually in writing. Our work is a service, not a promise of a defined sales figure, ranking or number of inquiries.
5. Client duties
Effective market entry requires your co-operation: accurate product information, timely feedback, a reachable technical contact, and the legal right to market the products in the European Union. You are responsible for the compliance and conformity of your products.
6. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other party's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of the co-operation.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, layouts, graphics and other elements of this website are protected. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written permission. Rights to materials created within a co-operation are governed by the individual agreement.
8. Third-party links
Where this website links to external sites, we are not responsible for their content. The respective operators are responsible.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation and only for foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for indirect damage and loss of profit is excluded to the extent legally permitted.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms with effect for the future. The version published at the time of your request applies to that request.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is our registered seat, as far as legally permitted.
13. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
